As a Distribution Center Associate, your responsibilities may include picking orders, packing items securely, loading and unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety in all our warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as the capability for frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Proper lifting techniques will be emphasized. Teamwork and communication are key to success in this fast-paced environment. All employees are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a secure workplace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures in a logistics environment.
