Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of our logistics operations, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will utilize various warehouse equipment and systems to track inventory and fulfill orders. We prioritize the safety of our employees, providing comprehensive training on safe work practices and requiring the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting, is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and consolidation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any operational issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift, with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
