Join our fast-paced warehouse team in the heart of New York City, New York, as a Picker/Packer! This role is essential to our logistics and fulfillment operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for locating specific items based on order lists, carefully packing them to prevent damage during transit, and preparing them for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are key to this position. We maintain a strong commitment to Safety, requiring all employees to wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all warehouse safety protocols. This role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently.
- Scan products and update inventory systems.
- Ensure orders are ready for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting and stand for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
