Our company is hiring a diligent Warehouse Associate at our Colorado Springs, Colorado location. This role is vital for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, involving a range of warehouse duties from receiving and put-away to order picking and packing. You will be responsible for ensuring that inventory is handled correctly and efficiently, contributing to overall warehouse productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Strict adherence to company safety policies and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all associates. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving consistent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift. We are looking for team players who can work effectively independently and as part of a larger team to meet operational goals. A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately store incoming goods.
- Pick products from inventory for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Stage finished orders for carrier collection.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other handling equipment safely.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical role is advantageous.
- Capacity to handle frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the workday.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of safety standards and the importance of PPE.
