This role is vital to our ongoing success, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities within our bustling warehouse. You will be involved in the core of our logistics operations, from efficiently handling inbound products to ensuring outbound orders are accurately prepared and dispatched. Your versatility and commitment to excellence will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Properly stock received goods in their designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counting.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Follow all established company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed operational targets.
- Ensure all tasks are performed with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Wear all required PPE diligently to ensure personal and team safety.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear all assigned PPE.
