This is a multifaceted role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring that products move efficiently through our facility to reach our customers. Your adaptability and work ethic are key to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Properly use and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times as required by safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse flow.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
