Our growing fulfillment center in St. Louis, Missouri, is looking for energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dedicated team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be essential to the efficient processing and shipment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of the fulfillment process, including receiving inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for dispatch. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced logistics setting and contribute to a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Picking customer orders with high accuracy and speed using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Packing orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Labeling and preparing packages for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhering strictly to all warehouse Safety protocols and procedures.
- Performing tasks requiring physical dexterity and significant Lifting.
- Conducting inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Understanding and implementing efficient logistics practices.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the fulfillment operations.
