In this position, you will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your accuracy and speed directly impact our customer satisfaction. You will utilize scanning equipment and follow pick lists, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Safety is a top priority in our logistics environment; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are essential. This role requires significant physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and frequent lifting. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using pick lists and scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
