Job Summary:
Become a key player in our fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate in Des Moines, Iowa! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient handling of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed. You will also assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from inventory based on order tickets or electronic devices.
  • Pack items safely and securely for shipping, using appropriate packaging materials.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
  • Stage completed orders for outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and checking.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for order tracking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.

This role is integral to our logistics and order fulfillment success. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to follow all safety guidelines, including the mandated use of PPE. We provide training on safe lifting techniques and warehouse best practices.
