Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packaging.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
- Perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, and moderate Lifting.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of required PPE.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and occasional Lifting.
