Role Summary
You will run Google Ads to drive qualified leads / booked calls / sales. This is a performance role—build, optimize, scale, and report. No fluff. Just results.
What You'll Do
Google Search Ads (Primary)
Build and manage Search campaigns: structure, ad groups, keywords, match types
Write high-converting ads (intent-based headlines + descriptions)
Add and maintain negative keywords and clean search term reports
Optimize bids, budgets, locations, schedules, devices
Improve Quality Score through relevance + landing page alignment
YouTube Ads (If Needed)
Launch simple YouTube campaigns for remarketing and top-of-funnel
Test audiences and creatives with clear KPIs
Tracking + Reporting (Non-Negotiable)
Set up and verify conversions (forms, calls, booked calls, purchases)
Connect/verify: Google Ads GA4 (and GTM if used)
UTM structure + clean campaign naming
Weekly report: spend, leads, CPL, conversion rate, wins/losses, next actions
Must-Have Requirements (Important: They Need…)
Proven Google Ads results (show proof + budget ranges)
Strong understanding of keywords, intent, match types, and negatives
Conversion tracking competence (no guessing)
Can troubleshoot fast and take action without being chased
Reliable communication + consistent execution
KPIs (How You're Measured)
Cost per lead / cost per booked call
Conversion rate (click → lead/booked call)
CPA (when applicable)
Search term quality (waste reduced via negatives)
Account structure + tracking accuracy
Nice-to-Have
High-ticket lead gen experience (booked-call funnels)
Landing page/CRO awareness (can spot leaks)
Experience with call tracking
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
