The Goal:
We are not looking for cheap, low-quality leads. We need an expert capable of generating High-Intent leads. You must understand the balance between volume and quality.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Meta Ad campaigns for 10+ Life Insurance agents.
Develop strategies to target high-intent audiences in the US and Canada.
Create and test ad copy/creatives that comply with Meta's strict advertising policies regarding financial products.
Implement funnels that filter for quality (e.g., long-form lead gen, quizzes, or landing pages).
Report on CPA, CPL, and conversion quality.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: You must provide case studies or screenshots of past Life Insurance campaigns (US/CA markets).
High Intent Focus: You know how to move beyond basic "lead form" spam and generate leads that actually pick up the phone.
Compliance Knowledge: You understand Meta's ad policies for insurance/finance to avoid account bans.
Availability: Must be responsive and able to handle a workload of 10 clients immediately.
