We've had HubSpot for a few months now but honestly, it's a bit of a mess. Contacts are all over the place, we're not using pipelines properly, and our team keeps forgetting to follow up with leads because nothing is automated.
I'm not looking for someone to rebuild everything from scratch — I just want someone who can come in, understand what we're trying to do, and fix it properly.
Here's roughly what I need help with:
— Clean up our contact database (remove duplicates, fix missing properties)
— Set up or reorganize our sales pipeline to match how we actually sell
— Build 2–3 workflows to automate follow-ups and internal task reminders
— Make sure our lead capture form is connected and routing correctly
— Quick Loom walkthrough at the end so my team knows what's been done
We're a small team (4 people), we sell B2B services, and we're on HubSpot Starter. Nothing too complex — I just want it working the way it should.
Budget is around $300 fixed. I know that's not huge, but the scope is fairly contained and I'd rather pay someone who actually knows HubSpot than waste time going back and forth.
Before you apply, please tell me one specific thing you've built in HubSpot and what problem it solved for the client. I'm not interested in generic "I'm an expert" pitches — I've gotten too many of those already.
