Responsibilities:
Define weekly content themes and post mix
Write structured 2–3 paragraph captions
Create text-only posts
Ensure emotional validation opening lines
Maintain consistent tone and spacing
Adjust formats based on weekly performance data
Help aintain a 14-day rolling content buffer
All posts must follow strict structure and formatting standards
Hours & Structure:
Start with a 15-hour paid test week
Increase hours up to 40 hours per week based on workload and results
Long-term opportunity if performance is strong
Requirements:
Strong English writing skills
Experience writing for Facebook or viral social content
Ability to write emotionally engaging content without being dramatic
Comfortable using AI tools (drafting + editing)
Organized and deadline-driven
Comfortable working inside Google Sheets
