Your responsibilities will include identifying and fixing errors in existing transactions, matching bank feeds, clearing undeposited funds, and ensuring all accounts are correctly reconciled. You should also be able to generate clean and accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
We are a small business and need someone who can quickly assess the current state of the books and bring everything up to date. If the project goes well, this could lead to ongoing monthly bookkeeping support.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in QuickBooks Online cleanup and reconciliation
2. Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
