Job Offer: Etsy Listing Optimization & Technical Synchronization (Trial)
Rate: $50.00 Fixed Price (Trial for 30 Listings)
Goal: Achieve 100% technical accuracy and high-conversion SEO for a premium fashion brand.
Project Scope & Expectations
This is a Quality-Validation Test. Success on these first 40 listings will lead to a long-term partnership for the remainder of the shop's inventory. Your work must reflect uniqueness, the artistic design and desirability of each tshirt behind the ThriveUpNow brand.
1. Advanced SEO Optimization
Title Construction: Create high-intent, long-tail titles (max 140 characters). The most important 40 characters must contain the primary "Root" keyword.
13 Search Tags: Provide 13 unique, non-repetitive tags per listing. No "single-word" tags; use phrases buyers actually type.
Attribute Completion: You must fill out EVERY available attribute (Material, Style, Occasion, Fit, Neckline). Do not leave "Not Specified" on any field.
2. Variation & Visual Management
Photo-Variation Linking: Every color variation must be accurately linked to its corresponding mockup. When a customer clicks "Navy," the Navy photo must appear.
Size Chart Integration: Ensure the size chart is the 2nd image in every listing and is high-resolution for mobile viewers.
Material Accuracy: Descriptions must clearly state fabric specs (e.g., 100% Ring-spun cotton, fabric weight) to emphasize premium quality.
Quantity Available: Adjusting Quantities available to 11 per size, per color
3. Conversion-Focused Descriptions
The "Hook": The first 160 characters must be a compelling "Meta-Description" for Google/Etsy SEO.
Readability: Use bullet points for "Features," "Care Instructions," and "Shipping Info." No walls of text.
Cross-Linking: Include 1–2 links to related collections within the shop to keep buyers browsing.
The Evaluation Criteria (What I Expect at Completion)
Zero Technical Errors: No broken variation links or missing attributes.
Brand Alignment: The tone of the copy must be "Sophisticated & Retro/Vintage," or Masterpice, Unique Graphic, Art, etc to matching our Masterpiece aesthetic.
Mobile-First Check: Every listing must look perfect and be easy to read on the Etsy Mobile App.

Volume: 30 Selected Listings.
Payment: $50.00 upon 100% completion and quality approval.
Delivery time: 3-4 days
Next Steps: Once this task is completed on time and verified for quality and delivery, I will immediately discuss the next set of listings and a long-term contract.
