We're building repeatable automation systems: intake → qualification → CRM → follow-up → booking → reporting. We need a builder who can execute quickly and reliably.
Responsibilities
Build Make/Zapier scenarios from a spec
Connect forms, CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack, email/SMS, calendars
Implement error handling + logging
Test flows and document what you built
Must-have skills
(preferred) or Zapier
Webhooks + APIs basics
Google Sheets/Airtable + CRM experience
Clear communication + fast iteration
To apply (required)
Send 1–2 Loom videos or screenshots of your best scenarios
List tools you've integrated most (CRMs, calendars, SMS, etc.)
Rate + weekly capacity
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Zapier, Automation, API, API Integration, Airtable, Python, Build Automation
