Über
This is not a generic front-end role. We need someone who deeply understands how Webflow works — including class systems, combo classes, symbols/components, CMS structure, and how changes can affect site-wide styles.
Our website already has an established design system and class structure. The most important part of this role is being able to work within that existing system without breaking global styles, reusable components, or other pages.
There will also be some custom code required (likely small functionality enhancements or embed-based features), so you should be comfortable writing and implementing clean HTML/CSS/JS inside Webflow when needed — without disrupting the existing structure.
Initial Scope
- Build one new landing page inside our existing Webflow project
- Work collaboratively to refine layout and design
- Use and extend our current class system (not override or duplicate unnecessarily)
- Ensure responsive behaviour across breakpoints
- Maintain clean, scalable structure
Potential Ongoing Work
If this project goes well, we're looking for someone who can:
Support ongoing landing pages
- Make design updates
- Maintain and optimise our Webflow site
- Help improve structure where needed (without creating chaos)
What We're Looking For
- Strong, hands-on Webflow experience (not just general development)
- Confident working inside established Webflow design systems
- Comfortable implementing custom HTML/CSS/JS inside Webflow
- Deep understanding of: Global classes; Combo classes; Components (formerly Symbols); CMS collections; Breakpoints and responsiveness; Avoiding unintended global style overrides; Clean, structured builds
- Good communicator who can collaborate on design decisions
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
