This role is about making sense of the whole system, not just reporting numbers.
You'll help us:
Connect the dots between acquisition → activation → revenue → retention
Identify what's working, what's leaking, and where to focus next
Turn fragmented data into clear, confident, data-driven decisions
What You'll Work With
You'll review and interpret data from sources such as:
Marketing channels (paid media, organic, outbound, website analytics)
Product usage & activation data
Sales pipeline, win/loss, deal velocity
Revenue, churn, retention, and expansion metrics
The exact tools vary, but expect a mix of analytics platforms, CRMs, ad platforms, and product data.
What We're Looking For
This is not a pure dashboard role.
We're looking for someone who:
-Thinks holistically about SaaS growth
-Can translate data into insights, narratives, and recommendations
-Understands the relationship between product marketing, growth, and revenue
-Is comfortable working with imperfect or messy data
-Can challenge assumptions and highlight blind spots
Key Deliverables
- Depending on the phase, this may include:
- A cross-functional data review/audit
- Insight summaries highlighting opportunities and risks
- Recommendations on what to double down on, fix, or stop
Simple, decision-focused reporting (not vanity dashboards)
Nice to Have:
- SaaS product marketing or growth background
- Experience in analysing churn and retention drivers
- Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales models
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-analysts, help data tell stories
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
