I am looking for a talented designer who can create both:
A professional embroidered patch design, and
A clear bag concept mockup/spec sheet that I can send to manufacturers for quoting.
This is an exciting cheer-specific organization product, and I'm building it for a Fall 2026 launch.
Project Goal
I want Chaos Case to be a premium zip-up cheer competition organizer, similar in aesthetic and function to the popular "KeepGoing" first aid kits — structured, clean, and durable — but designed specifically for cheer needs.
The inside should feel like a flip-through organizer with multiple zippered compartments (like pages) for storing essentials.
Deliverables Needed
Please provide:
Embroidered Patch + Branding
Final embroidered patch design in a clean, modern style
Brand lockup that includes:
CHAOS CASE + C³ Confident
• Calm
• Composed
Patch-ready formatting for embroidery manufacturers
File formats: AI + PDF + SVG + transparent PNG
Black/white version + optional Kelly green accent
2–3 revision rounds included
Bag Concept + Basic Manufacturer Spec Sheet (Mini Tech Spec)
I also need a simple, clear bag concept mockup that includes:
Zip-up case structure (not an open tote)
Overall suggested dimensions (approximate is fine) but again, Think "KeepGoing" brand. Demensions of this case are 9.5"x7"x3". However, I will need my case to be thicker.
Interior layout inspired by a first aid kit organizer
"Flip-through" style compartment pages with multiple zippered pockets. Keep Going First Aid kits have two flip through front and back inserts. I would like three in mine.
Patch placement guide (front center)
Notes on suggested materials (durable nylon/canvas)
A clean one-page spec/mockup I can send to bag suppliers for initial quotes
This is not a full production tech pack yet — just a professional concept + basic specs to communicate the design clearly.

Additional work available later (full tech pack, packaging, future products).
Future Opportunity
If this project goes well, I will hire again for:
Full production tech pack
Additional patch designs
Packaging + inserts
Limited edition drops
Applications without relevant patch or product mockup examples will not be considered.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
