This role goes beyond basic CRM setup. We are looking for someone who understands sales processes, operational workflows, and how automation can improve efficiency, follow-up consistency, and visibility.
You will be responsible for translating discovery call insights into a clean, functional CRM system with structured pipelines and practical automation.
What You'll Be Doing
• Set up and configure HubSpot CRM (or similar platform)
• Build and structure sales pipelines
• Define deal stages and lifecycle stages
• Create custom properties and data structure
• Implement workflow automations (follow-ups, task assignments, notifications)
• Integrate forms and lead capture systems
• Ensure clean data structure and usability
• Provide documentation or Loom walkthroughs of the final system
What We Expect You to Understand
• Sales pipeline logic and deal flow
• Lead lifecycle stages
• Automation triggers and logic
• Data cleanliness and scalability
• When to automate vs. when to keep manual
• Basic reporting/dashboard setup
Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience setting up HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of workflow automation
• Systems thinker — not just task executor
• Ability to translate business needs into technical implementation
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Bonus: experience in RevOps or sales operations
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: CRM Software, Automation, HubSpot
