We care deeply about strong design. We want someone with a sharp eye for spacing, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy who can create a polished, premium feel while also designing with conversion in mind. Every page should guide the user toward action with clear structure and intentional flow to conversion.
Responsibilities:
• Design full website layouts in Figma
• Create both desktop and mobile versions
• Build clean, modern, visually elevated designs
• Design with conversion in mind, including strong calls to action, thoughtful user flow, and strategic content hierarchy
• Deliver organized, developer ready Figma files
You should:
• Have strong examples of modern, clean websites
• Understand UX and conversion principles, not just aesthetics
• Know how to guide users toward action through layout and structure
• Be detail oriented with spacing, typography, and consistency
• Communicate clearly and be open to feedback
Please include:
• 3 to 5 websites you've designed
• Your turnaround time for a 5 to 7 page site
• Your rate and availability
We are looking for someone who can combine strong visual design with strategic thinking and conversion focused execution.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Web Design, Figma, WordPress, Graphic Design
