Location -  This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at North Campus, Edmonton.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Associate to join our dynamic HR Service Partnership team. Under the leadership of a Senior Human Resources Partner (SHRP), the HR Associate (HRA) will work alongside HR Partners and Shared Services to provide HR generalist services.

This role will provide consultative services on uncomplex employee/labour relations matters, support HR operations in collaboration with Shared Services, and work with the HR Centres of Expertise to implement HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an HR Generalist in HR operations.

The HRA will work within a large, unionized, complex organization and will collaborate with the HR Partners, HRHSE Centers of Excellence (CoE)'s and the Staff Service Center to support numerous programs and initiatives.
