Border Security Specialist

This is a career ladder position with opportunities for advancement. You will receive comprehensive training in law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms use, cargo inspection, physical fitness, and more. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.

You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates) for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years. Age restriction applies due to federal retirement provisions. Veterans' Preference may also be eligible for an excepted service appointment.
