Border Safety Specialist

The Customs and Border Protection Officer is responsible for safeguarding the nation's borders, enforcing customs laws and regulations, facilitating legitimate trade and travel while preventing smuggling of illegal goods.

• Responsibilities:

• Enforce U.S. laws by inspecting individuals, conveyances, baggage, cargo shipments, electronic devices or other objects crossing our international border points;
• Making arrests when necessary to enforce law enforcement responsibilities based on law infractions discovered during your duties;
