Border Protection Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a highly motivated individual who wants to work in law enforcement. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be part of the elite team of professionals working at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Your primary responsibilities will include enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for facilitating legitimate trade and travel while preventing the entry of individuals with illicit intentions.

• Enforcing laws related to international trade, immigration, and agriculture
• Facilitating lawful movement of people and goods across borders
• Inspecting vehicles, luggage, cargo containers, etc., to detect any contraband or prohibited items
