1. Suspend suspected violators of federal or state laws using proper law enforcement methods.
   Data analysis to identify potential threats; risk assessments for violations of laws;
   Capture information from suspects through interviews. 
2. i) Conduct inspections on individuals; inspect cargo/merchandise, "determine admissibility'';
   d) Prevent illegal entry/introduction/smuggling.
