Join our team as an Inventory Clerk in Los Angeles, California, and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. This position is crucial for our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that we have precise data on stock levels to meet customer demands efficiently. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, performing physical inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and updating inventory records in our system. Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential for success in this role. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to identify and resolve inventory-related issues. Maintaining a safe work environment is a top priority, requiring strict adherence to Safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While this role may involve some light Lifting, the primary focus is on accuracy and data management. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, analytical, and possess excellent data entry skills. Prior experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the WMS accurately.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes as needed.
- Generate inventory reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to all Safety procedures and utilize PPE.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehousing.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
