We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Worker at our busy facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is vital to our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient handling and movement of goods. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and productive work environment where every team member plays a key role. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and repetitive motion.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
