We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to handle manual labor, and possess a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
