*About the Role*
As a PART TIME OR PRN Pharmacist at D&H Drug Store, you'll be involved in both traditional dispensing duties and the development of forward-thinking clinical services that address the unique healthcare needs of central Missouri. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a community-focused setting and is eager to take an active role in patient-centered programs.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring high-quality patient counseling
* Collaborate with providers and patients to improve therapeutic outcomes
* Provide clinical services (e.g., medication therapy management, immunizations, chronic disease support)
* Supervise and support pharmacy staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
* Engage with the community and be a trusted healthcare resource
*Qualifications*
* BS Pharm, PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
* Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing
* Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience preferred
* Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
* Leadership experience or comfort supervising pharmacy staff
