About the Role: Join our team as a key contributor in developing efficient and innovative warehouse solutions. This role focuses on
designing layouts, optimizing product storage systems, and improving material flow to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency . Job Duties Maximize the sale of warehouse products such as racks, mezzanines, and ancillary equipment. Assume responsibility for large warehouse solutions projects initiated by sales staff. Support sales staff on customer visits, equipment sourcing, quotations, and order processing. Work closely with sales teams and customers to design projects involving warehouse products and ensure alignment with operational needs. Prepare warehouse solutions sales forecasts and assist in the development of warehouse solutions sales strategies, proposals, and presentations. Identify, recommend, and conduct appropriate warehouse solutions training to develop the sales staff. Communicate with associated product vendors. Assist in defining specifications for customer applications. Draw full-size, scalable CAD drawings as required. Review drawings, quotations, quantities, and capacity calculations to ensure specifications are met. Close sales to meet quotas for warehouse products. Responsible for project management of the installation. Minimum Qualifications 2-4 years related experience Associate degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, engineering, or related business program, or equivalent experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks Preferred Qualifications A four-year college degree is desirable for this position. Warehouse product knowledge and previous sales experience strongly preferred Proficiency in CAD software and strong technical drawing skills. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment Microsoft Office experience Several years of successful sales experience.
