The Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of our Partnership programs, from contract management and optimization to budget management and cross-functional collaboration. They will ensure these programs are customer-centric and align with our overall residential strategy, with a primary focus on growth and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management & analysis, and strong communication skills to nurture and expand our key partnerships.
HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENTVancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Relationship Management: Manage and maintain existing partner relationships
- Revenue Growth: Monitor partner performance to ensure all revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify and onboard high-efficiency new accounts prioritized for rapid integration and activation.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Finance to launch initiatives and represent the brand at industry events.
- Contract Management: Manage all partner contracts and renewals
- Financial Management: Manage & optimize budgets to support program goals, track spending, and identify opportunities to maximize ROI
- Reporting: Share program results and learnings internally and externally, maintaining a constant focus on data quality and transparency.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven experience in a partnership or account management role.
- Strong understanding of contract management and program optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize budgets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate strategy and program results.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and a focus on data integrity.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
- Marketing experience is an asset
Salary Range: $64,000 – $75,000 per annum + BONUS
(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
