The Opportunity

Your Impact Starts Here – This is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping Canada's nuclear infrastructure.  As a Project Coordinator with our Nuclear team in Toronto, Ontario, you'll support multidisciplinary project teams to deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions across the full project lifecycle, from early planning to execution and close‑out. Our Nuclear division is operating at an exciting time as nuclear power and new technology solutions are advancing globally, with Canada leading the way in nuclear refurbishments, new builds, major capital project portfolios and a deep, established nuclear supply chain.

This role can be based out of one of our Ontario offices, with project-related travel to Tiverton, Toronto, Pickering, Oshawa (Ontario) and Saint John (New Brunswick), as required.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure teams have a clear roadmap and can deliver milestones on time and within scope.
  • Organize and support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow‑through.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, reports, change orders, drawings, and package submissions.
  • Prepare, format, and issue project deliverables using WSP templates and tools to meet quality and client standards.
  • Track project expenditures and support resource planning to align utilization with approved budgets and work plans.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to keep work flowing and remove bottlenecks.
  • Support project and construction management activities, including document control, action tracking, and coordination with site teams.
  • Capture accurate minutes for weekly project reviews and key sessions, ensuring decisions and next steps are clearly shared.
  • Provide occasional support to other administrative or project teams, contributing to a collaborative, "one‑team" culture across the Nuclear group.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in administration, project management, or a related field, paired with 3–5 years of coordination or administrative experience supporting multiple projects.
  • Experience working in project‑driven environments; exposure to EPCM or the nuclear industry is a strong asset.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with databases, vendor systems, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of project controls and planning tools such as Primavera P6 is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset—anticipating needs, identifying issues early, and helping project managers maintain progress.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Motivation to grow your project coordination capabilities; certifications such as CAPM or PMP and familiarity with Agile methodologies are assets.
  • Required: Able to meet and maintain Security Clearance requirements to work on nuclear projects in Canada.
