Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will play a key part in employee onboarding, front desk reception, and providing general administrative support as required. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup
  • Act as front-line reception, greeting visitors and responding to phone calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate employee and personnel records
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Provide administrative support to HR, management, and project teams as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail

Preferred Assets

  • Experience with employee onboarding or HR administration
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or project-based environments
  • Basic knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirements

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with regular interaction with staff and visitors
  • Fast-paced environment with changing priorities
