- Interview 3-10 developer candidates I've found. Review resume etc...
Rank based off skill set, advise on their knowledge and expertise.
- Technical screening (ask them to explain past projects, review GitHub)
- Give me hire/no-hire recommendation with explanation
- Weekly code review (2 hours) - is dev doing quality work?
- Weekly 30-min call with me (explain progress in plain English)

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
