We need someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing influencer collaborations and communication across multiple platforms.
About Us
We are a fast-growing skincare brand working with UGC creators and influencers.
Our collaborations are mainly based on gifting campaigns first, with performance-based evolution toward paid collaborations.
Main Responsibilities
Managing influencer and UGC creator outreach (email & Instagram DMs)
Responding to collaboration inquiries professionally in French
Explaining our collaboration process clearly (gifting → scripts → performance → paid collaborations)
Selecting qualified creator profiles based on brand criteria
Creating and managing WhatsApp groups with creators
Sending scripts and collaboration guidelines
Tracking creators and performance in organized spreadsheets
Following up with creators to ensure deadlines are respected
Coordinating with internal team members
Keeping communication structured and organized
Workload
Minimum 3 hours per day at the beginning
Possibility to grow into a larger role if performance is strong
Long-term collaboration preferred
Requirements
Fluent in French (written & spoken)
Strong written communication skills
Experience with influencer marketing or UGC management is a plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using:
Google Sheets
Gmail
Reliable internet connection
Professional and responsive
Budget
Target rate: under $10/hour
