Über
We're not looking for someone who just discovered Runway or tried Midjourney twice. We want someone who lives in this space, knows which tools are worth using for which job, and can produce output that actually looks good — not like an AI experiment.
What you'll be doing
You'll work across two areas: editing existing footage using AI-assisted workflows (color, pacing, cleanup, enhancement, subtitles, etc.) and generating original AI footage and visuals — product shots, lifestyle scenes, b-roll, and short video clips — that can be used in paid social ads.
This is production work with real deadlines and real performance standards. The output goes into Meta ad campaigns. It needs to hold up.
You're the right person if:
You have a working toolkit — not just one tool, but a real stack. You know when to use Runway vs. Kling vs. Pika. You've used tools like Topaz, Descript, CapCut AI, or similar in actual production. You've generated product or lifestyle visuals with Midjourney, Flux, Firefly, or comparable tools and know how to prompt for consistency. You understand what makes a video ad perform, not just look cool.
What we care about most
Show us your work. Real examples of AI-generated or AI-edited content you've produced — especially anything that's been used in actual marketing or advertising. A portfolio or sample reel is required to be considered.
Contract details
This starts as a freelance/project basis with the expectation of becoming a recurring relationship for the right person. We move fast and reward reliability.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro
