We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who is organized, socially sharp, and ready to hold their own with company founders.

The Role:
-Elite Onboarding: Lead new MSPs through a seamless, high-touch setup process.
-Strategy & Relationship: Conduct monthly calls, explain inbound strategies, and manage the long-term health of the account.
-Precision Management: Use both ClickUp and HubSpot to ensure absolutely nothing falls through the cracks.
-Delight: We love to make our clients' day—whether it's sending welcome boxes or celebrating their business wins.
What We're Looking For:
-Experience: You have worked as a CSM in a mature marketing agency (covering SEO & Ads), doing at least $10,000,000 per year. You are used to established processes and high-level B2B expectations.
-The "B2B Factor": You have the confidence and professional demeanor to consult with and impress business owners.
-Inbound Knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Website conversion.
-Scheduling: Ability to work a flexible shift that covers our partners in the US and Australia.
