We organize:
- Coworking stays
- Coworking trips/retreats
Built on 5+ years of real trips and 100K+ community reach, we're building more than content we're building a movement around location-independent professionals.
Now we're looking for someone who doesn't just execute.
We're looking for someone who thinks.
The Role:
This is a remote, part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) with long-term potential. You will work directly with the founder to help grow our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
This is NOT just a scheduling role. You're not just a VA… You think like a content creator.
You have a strategic mind for growth and improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and improve our weekly content calendar
- Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Transform travel footage + testimonials into high-retention content
- Create clean, aesthetic carousels in Canva
- Write captions aligned with our brand voice (human, warm, community-first)
- Research trends and adapt them to our niche
- Track performance and suggest optimizations
- Support light community management
Who You Are:
You are creative, strategic, and proactive.
You:
- Think beyond execution, you think about growth
- Have good taste and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Understand storytelling and emotional hooks
- Are confident using AI tools for video editing and content creation
- Are fluent in English (written & communication)
- Are organized and reliable
- Feel aligned with travel, remote work, digital nomads, lifestyle brands
- You don't wait to be told what to do. You bring ideas.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked with travel or lifestyle brands
- Understand the digital nomad audience
- Have grown accounts organically
- Have YouTube Shorts experience
- Enjoy experimenting with formats and hooks
