Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Performance Marketing expert who:
• Thinks in funnels, not just ads
• Understands positioning before launching campaigns
• Can scale bigger budgets
• Knows how to make smaller budgets perform
• Tests fast, optimizes smart and works data-driven
• Brings own ideas instead of waiting for instructions
• Fluent German is required, as we work with German-speaking clients and campaigns.
Platforms:
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Snapchat Ads
You should feel comfortable with:
• Campaign structure & testing frameworks
• Tracking (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs)
• Scaling logic
• Creative testing
• Ongoing optimization

We'll start with a paid initial project (campaign strategy + setup).
We want to see how you think, structure and prioritize.
If it's a good match, we move into a long-term collaboration across multiple client projects.
