Key Responsibilities:
Store Management: Set up and optimize the TikTok Seller Center, including product listings with SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.
Affiliate Management: Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with TikTok creators to promote our products.
Order & Inventory: Efficiently handle daily order processing, tracking, and inventory updates.
Content Strategy: Provide guidance on trending video hooks or assist in managing creative assets to drive shop traffic.
Ads Management: Setup and monitor TikTok Shop Ads (LSA/VSA) to maximize ROI.
Customer Support: Handle buyer inquiries and manage shop ratings/reviews to maintain high seller health.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of managing successful TikTok Shops (UK/USA/International).
Expertise in TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
Experience with market research tools (e.g., Kalodata, FastData, or similar).
Strong communication skills for influencer outreach.
Ability to analyze data and provide weekly performance reports.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
