I am just starting out, and while I have the brand vision ready, I find the Klaviyo interface and its deeper functionalities a bit overwhelming. I need someone who doesn't just "use" Klaviyo but understands the architecture of the platform and can explain it to me in a clear, professional manner.
What I need initially:
Interface Deep-Dive: A 1-on-1 consultation session (via Zoom/Google Meet) to walk me through the Klaviyo dashboard. I want to understand where everything is, from Lists & Segments to Flow Triggers and Analytics.
Infrastructure Audit: Ensure my account is set up correctly (DNS records, dedicated sending domain, and Shopify/store integration).
Workflow Explanation: Explain the logic behind the "Flow Builder" so I can eventually manage basic updates myself.
Potential Ongoing Support:
As the brand grows, I am looking for a partner to help with:
Automated Flows: Setting up high-converting Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, and Post-Purchase flows.
Segmentation Strategy: Helping me understand how to group my customers based on behavior and lifetime value.
Campaign Management: Planning and executing monthly email calendars that drive revenue without "spamming" my list.
Candidate Requirements:
Klaviyo Mastery: You should be a Klaviyo partner or have a proven track record of managing successful accounts.
Communication Skills: You must be able to break down technical marketing jargon into simple, actionable steps for a founder.
Strategy-Minded: I don't just need a "button pusher"; I need someone who understands the strategy of why we are sending specific emails at specific times.
Experience with Startups: Knowledge of how to build a list from zero and maintain deliverability from day one.
