UltimateQA creates programming education content. I'm looking for an experienced editor to turn **~60 minutes of raw footage into 1 polished long-form tutorial** (YouTube-style). I create at least a few hours of content each month and need a long-term partner.
**Must have**
• Real experience editing **Screen Studio** recordings
• Real experience editing **** recordings
• Strong with **AI editing tools** (audio cleanup, filler removal, captions, repurposing, etc.)
• Comfortable editing **technical / coding** content (pacing, clarity, on-screen emphasis)
**What "done" looks like (per long-form tutorial)**
Clean cuts, tight pacing, clear audio, tasteful zooms/callouts, simple motion/overlays where useful, and a final export that matches our style.
**Pricing (important)**
We **do not pay hourly**. Quote your **flat rate** for:
**60 minutes raw footage → 1 finished long-form tutorial** (edited to our standards)
