Über
This is not just a design role — we are looking for someone who understands travel marketing, storytelling, short-form video, and audience growth. You will be responsible for content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization.
We already have a defined brand direction and growth strategy. We now need the right person to execute consistently and elevate the brand.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality travel content (Reels, carousels, captions, short-form video)
* Develop content aligned with luxury positioning and aspirational storytelling
* Repurpose travel trends into brand-aligned content
* Post and schedule content consistently (3 per day per platform)
* Write compelling, conversion-focused captions
* Manage engagement (comments, DMs, community interaction)
* Optimize hashtags, SEO, and posting strategy
* Track performance and provide simple monthly analytics reports
* Collaborate on content ideas tied to travel offers, destinations, and campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience managing travel or luxury brand accounts
* Strong Reels editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
* Understands Instagram growth strategy (not just posting)
* Knows how to turn travel inspiration into lead-generating content
* Strong visual eye and storytelling ability
* Self-starter who can own the content calendar
Bonus If You:
* Have worked with travel agencies or luxury brands
* Understand destination marketing
* Have examples of travel Reels that generated engagement or growth
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
