This position will oversee the full marketing function and ensure all initiatives align with company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
-Design and build end-to-end online marketing funnels (lead capture through conversion and nurturing)
-Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows, CRM integrations, and tracking systems
-Analyze funnel and campaign performance metrics; recommend and execute improvements
-Coordinate and supervise marketing team members, including the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Copywriter
-Manage project timelines, content calendars, and campaign deliverables
-Establish KPIs, track weekly metrics, and report performance to leadership
-Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Qualifications & Requirements
-5+ years of marketing experience, including direct funnel-building and automation experience
-Demonstrated supervisory experience managing internal teams
-Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and conversion optimization
-Experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, landing pages, social)
-Analytical and data-driven decision maker
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized with strong project management and leadership abilities
-Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST
