About the Role
We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You'll be reaching out directly to local business owners — nail salons, restaurants, and other service-based businesses — to qualify leads, build relationships, and book appointments for our sales team. This role requires someone who can have confident, consultative conversations with decision-makers and follow up persistently without losing the human touch.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, text, and email to engage local business owners
- Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations — understanding their pain points and positioning our solutions accordingly
- Book qualified appointments for our sales closers and take ownership of show rates through strong nurture and follow-up
- Manage a pipeline of leads at various stages and follow up consistently until they're ready to move forward
- Accurately log all activity, notes, and outcomes in our CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified conversations, bookings, and show rates
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales or SDR experience — you're comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers
- Proven track record of hitting targets in an outbound or lead generation role
- Consultative communicator — you ask good questions, listen well, and tailor your pitch to the prospect
- Comfortable handling objections and following up without being pushy
- Experience with CRM tools
- Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or local service industries is a bonus
