We are launching a professional tree care company serving a Metro City area. We need a freelancer to properly set up and structure our Instagram and Facebook Business pages.
This is a Pre-Phase launch. We have not completed jobs yet. The goal is to create a clean, professional presence that builds credibility.
SCOPE OF WORK
Account Setup
• Set up and optimize Instagram Business account
• Set up and optimize Facebook Business page
• Configure bio, services, service area, and contact info
• Set up story highlights
• Ensure branding consistency
Launch Content
• Create 9–12 clean branded posts (graphics-based)
• Topics include:
Services overview
Tree removal & pruning standards
Storm response
Fully insured messaging
Service area
Educational tree care tips
• Write professional captions
• Provide local hashtag strategy
Deliverables
• 9–12 posts designed and published
• 30-day simple content calendar (2 posts per week)
• Editable Canva templates
• 10–15 reusable captions
WE WILL PROVIDE:
• Logo files
• Brand colors
• Website link
• Service descriptions
• Positioning statement
• etc
STYLE REQUIREMENTS
• Professional
• Safety-focused
• Structured (not flashy or trendy)
• No meme content
• No exaggerated claims
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Experience with local service businesses preferred
• Strong Canva/design skills
• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook setup
TIMELINE
2 weeks to completion.
