This is NOT basic editing. We need someone who understands direct response marketing, hooks, retention, pacing, and performance-driven creatives.
You should be comfortable editing:
UGC-style ads
Fast-paced TikTok-style content
Scroll-stopping hooks in first 1–3 seconds
Product-focused ad creatives
Before/after, problem-solution, testimonial formats
What You'll Do:
Edit 15–45 second paid social ads
Create multiple hook variations per ad
Add captions (modern, bold, high-retention style)
Use sound design + pacing to maximize retention
Repurpose long-form content into ad creatives
Deliver 3–5 variations per concept
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience editing DTC paid ads (must provide examples)
Strong understanding of ad structure (Hook → Problem → Solution → CTA)
Experience with TikTok & Meta ad formats
Ability to follow creative briefs
Fast turnaround times
Fluent English communication
Bonus if:
You understand performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate)
You've worked with 6-7 figure brands
You can suggest creative improvements
Scope & Budget:
Ongoing work (10–30 videos per month)
Paid per video or monthly retainer (open to discuss)
