We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer to fully redesign and rebuild our outdated company website. We are a B2B consulting company, and the primary goal of the website is representation, trust-building, and lead generation. The website does not require complex functionality; instead, it should clearly communicate what we do, who we help, and encourage potential clients to get in touch through clear calls to action.
The new website should follow modern European B2B consulting design standards. We are looking for a clean, minimalistic, and professional design that builds credibility and trust. Over-engineered solutions, heavy animations, or overly "salesy" US-style landing pages are not desired. The focus should be on strong UX, clarity, and a modern visual identity that aligns with established European consulting websites.
As part of the project, we expect the contractor to propose a clear website structure and content layout before development begins. Wireframes or initial design concepts should be presented for review and discussion prior to final development. The final website must be fully responsive, fast-loading, and easy to maintain after delivery. Clear and effective calls to action should be integrated throughout the site, with particular attention to the first screen and key conversion points.
From a technical perspective, we are looking for a lightweight and maintainable solution without unnecessary complexity. WordPress, Webflow, or a similar CMS-based approach is acceptable, as long as it allows us full ownership, full admin access, and no vendor lock-in. Clean, well-structured code and a future-proof setup are important. Basic on-page SEO best practices should be applied, including proper heading structure, meta titles and descriptions, and mobile-first performance considerations.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in B2B, corporate, or consulting websites. A strong portfolio with live websites is required; concept-only work or Dribbble/Behance-only portfolios are not sufficient. The ideal candidate can clearly explain their process from start to finish, communicates in a structured and professional way, and is comfortable providing recommendations and advice rather than simply executing instructions.
Please include in your proposal a few relevant live websites you have worked on, a short explanation of how you would approach this project, an estimated timeline, and your recommended platform or technology with reasoning. We are looking for a reliable professional partner, not just someone to "make the site look nicer." If the collaboration goes well, there is potential for long-term cooperation.
